Items are advertised locally and subject to prior sale. Slabs are sold as-is. Pictures are taken immediately after being cut and can sometimes have some cracks that can develop as they dry. All precautions possible are taken to minimize this, but natural wood can move over time. Many customers like the natural look, but if this is a concern for you, please inquire prior to ordering if you have any questions about the condition of the slab. No returns. 

Our precision bandsaw mill can cut any log up to 72" wide and up to 40 feet long! We carry all sizes and shapes and keep all slabs from each log together to have a wide assortment of bookmatched slabs. We cut slabs of all types for dining tables, coffee tables, bar tops, counter tops, circles, turning blocks, mantels, and beams. If you are looking for something outside of our typical operations, custom sawing is also available. 

**Shipping policies**
We are located in IA, and have reasonable shipping options to anywhere in the continental U.S. Shipping is Free to anywhere in the continental US with this order! Slabs are removed from our warehouse once payment is received. Your slab will then be loaded on a pallet with a protective cardboard covering to ensure safe transit. Slabs are shipped to the nearest shipping distribution center near you. ***We need you to provide the best contact name and phone number.*** This information will be provided to the freight carrier - they will call you directly to schedule your pickup. Slabs can be shipped directly to a business address with a fork lift or loading dock at no additional cost and can be shipped directly to a residential address for an additional $75. We will ship it to the local shipping distribution center unless we are notified otherwise.
Within 24-48 hours of slab pickup, a message will be sent with tracking information and the freight carrier contact info. Total time for delivery is estimated from 7 to 14 business days.
